If You Are Absent? If a student is ill, he/she must turn in a written excuse from his/her parents/guardian within three days. The written excuse is to be given to the homeroom teacher/tutor. If a student in grades 11-13 misses an exam (Klausur), a doctor's excuse must be submitted to Herr Wiechert (W116) in order to make up the exam.

Late To School? Every tardiness is reported to the homeroom teacher.If you are more than 10 minutes late, the tardiness counts as an absence. If you are late because the S-Bahn was off-shedule, you can request a note from the S-Bahn conductor at the Zehlendorfer Station.

Accidents and Injuries: See one of the secretaries (Fr. Barmeyer - W102) for assistance. First aid kits in high school secretary's office (W103), in the First Aid Room (112) and in the gym.

Test Schedule / Klausur Schedule: All schedules are posted on the administration bulletin Board (next to B115) in the old high school building. Cancelled classes and test/Klausur schedules as the offical announcements are posted daily.
